What's a Middle School Football Game doing on the church website? Simple. This is the final 8th Grade Football game of the season played Oct. 30. NVMS won over Mt. Baker 16-12. Pastor Chad was the coach this year. It was a great opportunity to help the students as well as get to know some of the parents and staff. Pastor Chad and Carl are so grateful to the congregation of SACC for blessing them to go into the community. The Church does our best to give ourselves away to others. May God bless the Nooksack Valley community. It is our privilege to make a difference to others and in doing so we are wonderfully blessed. We serve a great God!
Food and Games at family night on an October '17 Sunday evening. Lots of fun for all who came. it's a safe family friendly evening for people to enjoy one another. Plan to join us next time we have a family night. A donation basket was also set out to collect money to donate for hurricane relief. $300 was raised to give to Samaritan's Purse.
Summer Ministry Team ~ July 30 - Aug. 5
For one week the church was served by a Summer Ministry Team of four young people who jumped in to help in activities as they gained experience and wanted to spend time serving God. We were the seventh church on the West Coast they have visited this Summer. Thank you Elijah, Joelle, Ashlyn and Darin. Enjoy a few highlights of what they got involved.

Tuesday Adventure Club July 18, '17 ~ Cookies and the Sumas Police
Dena Flath describes the day: "Yesterday at Tuesday Adventure Camp was awesome! I had a lot of fun. We had a great group of kids. We baked and decorated our cookies and made a huge mess! I wasn't aware of just how many toppings could fit on one cookie! Snort. After many activities, we ended our day with two Sumas police officers coming to visit us. We presented them with a plate of our cool cookies each. They also received hand made thank you cards from the kids for keeping us safe in our community. They got to check out the cool police SUV and get their picture taken in the car. I think we had a great day! Many more to come! Love these kids!"
