The new storage unit is not quite finished, but it should be in place on Saturday. The storage unit will help to make the ministry of the Clothesline more efficient because the Clothesline Crew will have more space to sort, store and use the space as a staging area for clothing, paper products, and baby baskets.

A Christmas in October offering for A.C. Missionaries will be received Oct. 30.
Women’s Ministry, led by Doris Hammingh, is meeting for the first time this year on Monday, Oct. 10. The women gather and ask God’s blessing, with the primary focus on service in the church and community. If you want to get involved in ministry, have good ideas, or learn about some of the activities, this is the place for you. All women are invited.
Changes coming in the Birthday list. Soon we will discon-tinue publishing the birthday and anniversary list in the bulletin. Instead, a master list will be included in the Church Directory. For the next month the entire birthday list will be posted on the wall in the fellowship hall. Please add your name if it is not included, or if you prefer to not have your birthday published then cross out your name.
The new directory will be published in early Nov. We will need updates for that as well.

Sunday School classes are beginning. There are many children in our community that need a safe place to ask questions and learn about God. Let’s work together to build up our Sunday School to increase the opportunities to share the good news of Jesus Christ.
Classes for adults and children all ages start at 9 a.m. every Sunday morning.
